The ATF funding is open to applications from different organisations. Such organisations may include academic institutes, Government Departments, service providers in the public sector, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and professional organisations. An organisation or society must be registered under the Societies Ordinance (Cap 151). A school must be registered under the Education Ordinance (Cap 279). A company must be incorporated in Hong Kong. Applications from individuals would not be considered.
