Application: Surveillance and monitoring of HIV drug resistance in Hong Kong
Applicant: Queen Elizabeth Hospital
Objectives: The objectives of this programme are:-
  1. to develop a framework for surveillance of drug-resistant HIV transmission in recently infected individuals;
  2. to develop a local database of HIV mutations associated with drug resistance; and
  3. to develop a framework for using HIV resistance tests to guide clinical management.
