Objectives: The aims of this programme are:-
  1. to reach 2,500 high-risk MSM venue attendees and deliver HIV preventive service to them in 3 years;
  2. to provide safer sex kit (condom and lubricant) to 495 high-risk MSM venue gatherings in 3 years;
  3. to successfully refer 240 high-risk MSM venue attendees to VCT service in 3 years.
  4. To provide 2,250 VCT services to MSM in 3 years;
  5. To conduct service satisfaction survey and collect 2,250 questionnaires in 3 years; and
  6. To produce three annual VCT service user’s sexual behavior and infection surveillance reports from 750 data collected via the pre-test questionnaires.
