Application: A holistic support, self-help and wellness enhancement programme for PLHIV - Continuation

Applicant: Heart To Heart
Objectives: The objectives of this programme are:
  1. PLHIV and their associates can effectively access to useful information and holistic psycho/social/personal supports to better manage their health and well-being;
  2. strengthen PLHIV self-help network and mutual supports to enhance management of the illness and better cope with life after infection;
  3. the PLHIV wellness centre serves as incubator in developing PLHIV related services such as education, groups, counselling, empowerment, positive prevention as well as self-help and volunteer services; and
  4. facilitate collaboration and partnerships among NGOs, GOs and professional bodies.
