Application: Filling the Gap in "Priority Areas for Action" from the Recommended Strategies (Mobile VCT for MSM in Suburbs and Satellite Towns)
Applicant: Rainbow Action
Objectives: The aims of this project are:
  1. to provide community friendly and convenient HIV testing to MSM in locations outside of the centre of Hong Kong;
  2. to actively encourage more MSM to have blood testing;
  3. to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS, STIs and advocate safe sex practices every time;
  4. to stop the spread of HIV by encouraging early HIV testing with counselling to MSM; and
  5. to promote mobile HIV testing to MSM based on their proximity using mobile applications.
