Objectives: The objectives of this programme are:
  1. To reach (630 X 3) 1,890 the high risk venue attendees in 3 years;
  2. To provide safer sex kit (condom and Lubricant) to (165 X 3) 495 high risk MSM venue gatherings in 3 years;
  3. To successfully refer (110 X 3) 330 high risk MSM venue attendees to VCT service in 3 years which showed in Project 2.
  4. To conduct (1,800 X 3) 5,400 VCT service in three years;
  5. To provide (1,770 X 3) 5,310 pre-test questionnaires in three years;
  6. To provide (1,750 X 3) 5,250 post-test questionnaires and service satisfaction questionnaires and in three years;
  7. To conduct a HIV infection surveillance report.
